As a therapist trained in several talk and experiential models, my goal is to help you discover and build on your strengths and to live a life that includes meaning and joy. We can work together to understand your situation, your past and present and how to resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, negative perceptions and muscular holding patterns that hold you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. With awareness of these patterns we can work on reducing or eliminating any tendencies to repeat problematic situations or relationships from the past.
